The markets rebounded today on the back of positive payroll data. The ADP report came out saying there was an increase of over 260l jobs in February. What the translates to the unemployment rate will be revealed on Friday. The rally domestically is having a carryover effect in Asia. Asian markets are all advancing on the back of the US rally along with optimism over the Greek debt-swap. It remains to be seen if this will give the markets some clear direction in which way to head.

DSCO shares rallied today after the company’s drug, Surfaxin, was approved by the FDA. The company has a market cap of 99.96 million.

Sirius XM Radio Inc. (NASDAQ:SIRI) finished today up 1.58% at $2.25. SIRI traded light volume today with only 25.1 million shares traded, about half its daily average volume. SIRI shares are up about $0.40 on the year. The company has a market cap of 8.45 billion.

Tibet Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:TBET) ended the day up 12.50% at $1.44. TBET rallied on heavy volume today with 3.6 million shares traded, about 9 times its average volume. TBET shares turned around today after falling $0.50 over the previous four days. On March 1, Tibet announced it received a non-binding proposal to take the company private for $3 a share. The company has a market cap of 21.38 million.

TearLab Corporation (NASDAQ:TEAR) closed the day 12.08% higher at $2.26. TEAR traded 333 thousand shares today, more than 4 times its average volume. TEAR stock has jumped about $0.40 a share since last Friday. TearLab announced today it will present at the 24th Annual ROTH Conference. The company has a market cap of 46.14 million.

Liquidmetal Technologies (OTC:LQMT) went up 46.88% today and closed at $0.2350. LQMT stock hit an intraday high of $0.35 after announcing late yesterday it has begun shipping commercial parts to customers. LQMT traded 25.9 million shares today, well above its daily average of 1.3 million shares. The company has a market cap of 31.47 million.

Bioflamex Corp. (OTC:BFLX) closed the day down 8.22% at $0.48. BFLX shot up more than 200% on March 6 as a stock promotion, or pump and dump, campaign started. BFLX traded 12.8 million shares today, double its average volume. The company has a market cap of 44.64 million.

NeoMedia Technologies Inc. (OTC:NEOM) finished 30% higher today at $0.0130. NEOM traded 83.8 million shares today, way above its average volume of 7.1 million shares. NEOM announced on Tuesday they were awarded a patent for its mobile barcode management and infrastructure technology. The company has a market cap of 5.69 million.

Vermillion, Inc. (NASDAQ:VRML) fell 28.67% today and closed at $2.14. VRML fell on heavy volume with 5.6 million shares traded, more than 10 times its average volume. Vermillion fell today after being downgraded by Laden Thalman to sell from neutral. The company has a market cap of 31.79 million.

Celsion Corporation (NASDAQ:CLSN) finished the day down 12.56% at $1.81. CLSN traded 1.5 million shares today, about 3 times its daily average volume. CLSN shares are back to about where they started at the beginning of the year after hitting a high of $2.20. The company has a market cap of 48.31 million.
