Afternoon Stock Losers: CEDC, DCTH, MRGE, CRM, KRO

Stocks are recovering in afternoon trading as the market turns green. Some stocks are still deep in the red including Central European Distribution Corp. (NASDAQ:CEDC), Delcath Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:DCTH), Merge Healthcare Incorporated (NASDAQ:MRGE), Salesforce.com (NYSE:CRM) and Kronos Worldwide Inc. (NYSE:KRO)

Central European Distribution Corp. (NASDAQ:CEDC) is down $0.40 at $3.42 in afternoon trading, a loss of 10.47%. CEDC is having a bit of a pullback today after rising from $3 to nearly $4 the past two days. CEDC has traded 4.3 million shares today, double its daily average volume. The company has a current market cap of 245.75 million.

Delcath Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:DCTH) is down 9.25% at $2.64 today. DCTH has traded 714 thousand shares today, 200 thousand more than its daily average. The stock has been trading lower every day this week and has fallen from $3.30 to $2.64. DCTH has been trending lower since releasing third quarter results on November 7. The company has a current market cap of 126.22 million.

Merge Healthcare Incorporated (NASDAQ:MRGE) is down 6.72% at $4.86 today. MRGE has traded 862 thousand shares so far today, about 100 thousand short of its daily average. MRGE is going to finish the week down after being as high as $5.74 on Monday. The company has a current market cap of 434.87 million.

Salesforce.com Inc. (NYSE:CRM) is down 10.66% at $112.64 today after the company announced earnings. The company’s earnings beat estimates but investors are worried about slowing growth. CRM has traded 7.9 million shares today, double its daily average. The company has a current market cap of 15.33 billion.

Kronos Worldwide Inc. (NYSE:KRO) is down more than 8% at $19.20. KRO has traded 1 million shares so far today, 200 thousand more than its daily average. KRO has been trading lower the past two days now and has fallen nearly $3 in that time frame. The company has a current market cap of 2.24 billion.
