MetroPCS Communications, Inc. (NYSE:PCS) is down 8.70% this afternoon at $8.02. PCS has traded 12.3 million shares today, triple its daily average. PCS shares fell today after the company announced it added only 197,000 subscribers in the fourth quarter of 2011. The company has a market cap of 2.91 billion.

Leap Wireless International Inc. (NASDAQ:LEAP) is down 7.07% today at $8.55. LEAP has traded 2.9 million shares so far today, a million more than it usually trades. LEAP is down today after it said it added 175,000 subscribers in the fourth quarter of 2011. Analysts were expecting as many as 195,000 subscribers. The company has market cap of 672.20 million.
