Stocks are rallying big time today on better than expected jobs and ISM reports. Non farm payrolls rose to 163,000 jobs in July, nearly 100,000 more than June’s revised number of 64,000. The unemployment also increased 0.1 to 8.3%. Economists were looking for a steady unemployment rate with about 100,000 new jobs.

ISM numbers were better than expected as well today with July’s non-manufacturing index coming in at 52.6, above analysts estimates of 52.0.

The major stock indexes are all up more than 1.5% today with the Dow up 212 points, the Nasdaq up 58 points and the S&P 500 up 25 points.
