Silver Follows Gold Higher This Morning, Silver Stocks: SLW, HL, PAAS, SVM, AGQ, SLV, EXK,

Silver prices are following gold up in early trading as investors react to a dismal jobs report for May. Calls for another round of QE are intensifying as the economic recovery looks like it has stalled. Just under 70,000 jobs were created in May causing the unemployment rate to rise to 8.2%. This jobs report also has heavy political implications as republicans will be sure to pounce on President Obama, saying he has poorly handled the economy in his four years as President.

Spot silver prices are currently up $0.74 at $28.450.
