Wall StreetStocks are pulling back again today following a one month uptrend in the markets that saw the Dow hit nearly 13,300 and the S&P 500 hitting four year highs. Today’s red market comes as investors cautiously await the latest Federal Reserve minutes. The Fed will release the minutes of their latest meeting at 2pm ET. Investors will be watching closely to see if the Fed gives any signs of further stimulus or raising interest rates.

Market Recovering Slightly in Late-Morning Trading, NYSE Stocks to Watch

Floor of the New York Stock ExchangeStocks have come up off their lows in late morning trading, but are still lower on the day. China’s economic outlook is keeping investors at bay today. Bank of America (NYSE:BAC) is rallying this morning in an unusual move against the market after the bank said it has no intention of introducing additional equity in a secondary offering, contrary to recent rumors. BAC shares are currently up 4.51% at $9.96.

Approaching midday, the Dow is down about 70 points, the Nasdaq is down 18 points and the S&P 500 is down 6 points.

NYSE Stocks to Watch

Tiffany & Co. (NYSE:TIF) is up 6.79% today at $73.35. TIF has traded heavy volume already today with 5.1 million shares traded, more than double its daily average. TIF shares are climbing today after issuing a strong forecast for 2012. Tiffany did post a slight drop in fourth quarter earnings, but investors ignored that in favor of its forecast. Stock Market Lower, Early Winners: HCKT, FIRE, FCEL, CHS, THLD, BRCD

Bull outside NYSEPrivate sector data in the euro zone dropped unexpectedly in February according to the preliminary Markit Purchasing Managers Index released today. The index reading for the month was 49.7, down from 50.4 in January. Any reading below 50 is seen as contraction in private sector activity. Economists were expecting the index to rise to 50.4. Many economists believe that this dip in the private sector is further proof that Europe may be falling back into a recession. In other news, Fitch cut Greece’s rating again and says a default in the near future is “high likely.” Stocks opened lower this morning and are still trading slightly lower 30 minutes into the trading day. The Dow is down 7 points, the Nasdaq is down 5 points and the S&P 500 is down 2 points.

The Hackett Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:HCKT) is up 21.96% in early trading at $4.72. HCKT shares are rallying today after the company released fourth quarter results yesterday and announced a $55 million stock repurchase tender offer. Biggest Losers as Market Continues Lower: FRO, OSG, ALU, CHS, PSS, PWRD

Stocks continue lower today after the U.S. GDP was revised lower to 2% from 2.5%. The crisis in Europe continues as well as investors fear a collapse if the ECB doesn’t act sooner. At 11:00am EST the Dow is down 83 points, the Nasdaq is down 18 points and the S&P is down 8 points.

Frontline Ltd. (NYSE:FRO) is down 42.39% at $2.99 this morning. FRO has traded 8.1 million shares so far today, well above its daily average of 2.4 million shares. The company is in talks to overhaul their finances. FRO has dipped the past two days from over $5.50 to less than $3. The company has a current market cap of 234.35 million.

Overseas Shipholding Group Inc. (NYSE:OSG) is down 17.72% at $10.35 this morning. OSG continued its drop from yesterday, dropping more than $3 in two days. OSG has traded 1.4 million shares so far today, double its average volume The company has a current market cap of 318.71 million.

Alcatel-Lucent, S.A. (NYSE:ALU) is down 13.71% today at $1.61. ALU has been dropping pretty much all month long after hitting a November high of around $2.76. The stock has traded 17.5 million shares so far today, 7 million shares short of its daily average. The company has a current market cap of 3.47 billion.

Chico’s FAS Inc. (NYSE:CHS) is down 16.88% at $9.65 this morning. The stock is down after the company announced their third quarter results this morning. Quarter three EPS was at $0.18 with analysts expecting $0.20. Shares of CHS are hitting a new 52-week low right now with over 6.2 million shares traded. The company has a current market cap of 1.67 billion.

Collective Brands, Inc. (NYSE:PSS) is down 14.16% at $11.76 this morning. PSS is down after analysts lowered price targets for the stock from $18 to $16. PSS has traded 5.5 million shares so far today, more than double its daily average. The company has a current market cap of 722.88 million.

Perfect World Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ:PWRD) is down 12.13% at $10.00 in morning trading. PWRD released quarterly earnings that were below analysts expectations. The company’s revenue climbed 22% to $111.2 million. Its EPS was $0.53 though, well short of the $0.67 analysts were expecting. Stocks are recovering slightly in late-day trading with the Dow losing 209 points, the Nasdaq losing 39 points and the S&P is losing 18 points. Let’s take a look at a few stocks in a bullish engulfing candlestick pattern. The bullish engulfing candlestick pattern is a bullish signal that occurs when the candlestick for today completely engulfs or covers up the previous day’s candlestick.

Nvidia Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA) is up 5.60% at $14.71 in late day trading. NVDA has traded 25 million shares so far today, well above its daily average of 19.8 million shares. NVDA started the day down and is looking good heading into the closing bell. The stock had dipped from nearly $15 on Wednesday to under $13.60 today before rallying. The company has a current market cap of $8.93 billion.

Dell Inc. (NASDAQ:DELL) is up 0.34% today at $14.95 today. DELL has traded 22.8 million shares so far today, 2 million less than its daily average. DELL looks to close the day slightly higher after being as low as $14.63 this morning. The company has a current market cap of 27.12 billion.
