Wall StreetDell Inc. (NASDAQ:DELL) is up 2.84% in after hours trading at $12.32. Shares of Dell closed normal trading hours up nearly 1% today on 17.45 million shares traded. Dell Inc announced its first dividend plan today and will pay dividends of $0.32 a share per year. The dividend yield would be around 2.7%. The company has a market cap of 20.94 billion.

JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ:JASO) is up 3.05% in after hours trading at $0.98. JASO shares closed up 5% in regular trading today as the solar sector rallied thanks to news from First Solar (FSLR).
